Trent Walter - Director of Mid–Atlantic Region, Advertising.com 

Trent has been with Advertising.com since April of 2004, and has run the Mid – Atlantic division since 2006.  During his tenure he has managed campaigns for some of the largest direct response advertisers, brand advertisers and political organizations in the region.



Matt Boyd - Senior Vice President, Value Click Media

As senior vice president of ValueClick Media, Matthew Boyd oversees sales, marketing and network development for one of the world’s largest and most diversified online advertising networks.

Mr. Boyd joined ValueClick Media in March 2004 as a regional sales manager and in 2005 he was promoted to vice president, western sales. Under his leadership, ValueClick Media has grown to become one of the dominant online advertising networks, providing advertisers and agencies with access to nearly 75 percent of the U.S. Internet audience from across more than 13,500 publisher partner sites.

Prior to joining ValueClick Media, Mr. Boyd held sales and management positions at Lycos and Excite in San Francisco, Chicago, and Boston. He started his career at Young & Rubicam, where he served as an account executive.

Mr. Boyd currently serves on the board of directors of the Bay Area Interactive Group, San Francisco’s interactive marketing organization. He holds a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and has completed graduate coursework in management and finance at Harvard University’s extended education program.


Eric Franchi - Senior Vice President of Media, Undertone Networks

Eric Franchi was part of the team that launched Undertone Networks in 2002, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Media. In this role, Eric is responsible for leading Undertone’s publisher expansion efforts and maintaining its position as the industry’s leading premium ad network. In addition, Eric oversees the company’s product development, third party partnerships and business development initiatives.

Since joining the company in 2001, Eric has held various positions with a specific focus on sales. In his most recent position as Senior Vice President of Sales (2005 - 2007), Eric was instrumental in Undertone’s rapid expansion and led his team in attaining the highest revenue numbers in the company’s history.

Eric began his interactive career at About.com as an Account Executive. His sales and leadership skills quickly led him to take on the role of New York Sales Director, where he was responsible for agency and client relationships in the nation’s top advertising market.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University (University Park).


Matt Frampton - Advertising Director, National Journal Group

As an Advertising Director for National Journal Group, Matt Frampton works closely with large corporate clients, industry associations and advocacy groups messaging to the Washington-insider market, partnering with advertisers to strategically target and execute corporate reputation, legislative and issue advocacy campaigns using integrated print and digital platforms.

Mr. Frampton joined National Journal Group from Dow Jones & Co., where he was the Senior Solutions Consultant for the Newswires division, developing digital strategies and online news products for the retail financial advisor market. Prior to Dow Jones, Mr. Frampton was the Brand Manager for VNU/Nielsen’s Music & Literary Group, where he led online strategy for the group’s magazine brands, including Billboard, Kirkus Reviews and The Book Standard.

Mr. Frampton graduated from Duke University, and received a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. He is a native of Vail, Colorado.
